Live Chocolate Making Classes

We are now offering live classes in our shop. We've recently remodeled part of our shop into a classroom area and are proud to announce the availability of live chocolate making classes.

Note: There are no hidden costs here. All of our chocolate classes include the materials used during the class unless otherwise notified before booking the class. In addition to the chocolates and packaging, most also include the mold, brushes, etc... for you to take home after the class.

We do not post a schedule and classes are available by request. We can teach most chocolate techniques and have no minimum class size. Classes may be scheduled for any Thursday evening or most Saturday afternoons.

The average class time is approximately 1 hour, although advanced techniques may run longer.

Pricing
We will be happy to quote a price before booking a class. The following are the general price guidelines we follow:

Basic - 10.00 per person. This covers classes using a standard size mold sheet, chocolate, and packaging.

Intermediate - 12.00 per person. This covers classes using 2 standard size mold sheets or 1 mold sheet plus additional materials.

Advanced - Quoted on request. Classes requiring large amounts of materials or time will be quoted on request.

Friday - Noon to 5 PM.
Saturday - Noon to 3PM - NOTE, we close on Saturday in the Summer.

Note: Our free class coupons may be used for any basic or intermediate class. They may also be used as a 10.00 off coupon on advanced classes.

Online Classes
We also offer online classes for those who do not live within a convenient distance for the live classes. The online classes are offered at our sister site - artisanschool.com Several chocolate making courses are currently available and more are under development.
